It`s all about money. 9ct is cheaper so you can buy more..but it looks the same to most people. Same with diamonds...2 stones can look the same but be a big difference in price. Just having excellent materials does not make good jewellery..there is alot of expensive rubbish out there. Workmanship is what makes quality. Chris

You could ask a diamond & precious stone setter to help.. It is possible to add stones to most designs at a later date. -
